Policies

BOOKING: After booking your appointment, if you are a new client, you will be required to send an image of any form of official picture identification to our Whatsapp number (868-380-5837).  A non-refundable 50% deposit fee is required for your booking to be confirmed, which will be deducted from your appointment cost. You can contact us for deposit information and instructions via Whatsapp.  After five (5) appointments, a deposit is not required, however, if you cancel an appointment, the cancellation policy sets in and a deposit will be required to continue booking with us in the future. CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING: Delivering the best care to you is our priority, and that's why we have a Cancellation policy in place that we kindly ask for your cooperation with. If you need to Cancel or Reschedule your appointment, you must contact us at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment, and your deposit will be transferred towards your next appointment (one-time only). Cancellations/Rescheduling under this time will incur a 50% cancellation fee in order to book a future appointment, if your deposit was not paid. If a deposit was paid, your deposit will be forfeited and another deposit is required for any future bookings. This also applies to no-shows. ​ LATE ARRIVAL We've set aside dedicated time for your appointment, so please arrive on time. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we might need to reschedule and the cancellation/rescheduling policy becomes effective. If we are still able to complete your service, you will be charged a late fee of $50 per 15 mins. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated for your next appointment. We understand that emergencies or unforeseen circumstances happen. In such cases, the cancellation fee might be waived, as we have compassion and understand situations happen. We ask that you communicate these circumstances effectively, so we can make the best decision for both parties. You will be considered a no-show, if you miss your scheduled appointment without providing prior notice or arriving excessively late beyond the grace period. The cancellation policy will become effective. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Please note, we do not allow additional guests including children during your appointment, as we do not have the facilities to accommodate. If as a result of an emergency and you require an additional guest, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can make the necessary accommodations.
